TAIMOOR N. SOBHAN

Taimoor Sobhan is a director, producer and editor.

He has 15 years of experience managing production teams, and has developed video content and campaigns for global media brands including Bloomberg, CGTN, and MTV.

For Bloomberg Originals, he produced data-led content about business, finance and technology. Previously, he was the Senior Multimedia Specialist at Fortify Rights, where he led the production of video and multimedia content, including explainers, documentaries and branded video for social media platforms.

He has worked extensively in Asia, filming and editing documentaries for the China Global Television Network (CGTN), where he covered the heroin epidemic in Myanmar, boxing in Thailand’s prisons and the tech ambitions of Bangladesh’s tribal minorities.

Taimoor Sobhan is a graduate of Brown University, and grew up in Rome, Italy.
